Q. Do you install and/or service alarm systems?

A. No, we do not. We specialize and are licensed for fire sprinkler systems only.

Q. Do you install or service fire hydrants?

A. Yes, we do. We have specialized crews that can install and service underground fire line and fire hydrants.  

Q. Do you install or service vent hoods?

A. No, we do not.

Q. Do you certify fire extinguishers?

A. No, we do not.

Q. Do you perform backflow testing outside of Waco?

A. Yes, we do. However, there will be an additional trip fee for the travel over 30 miles outside of McLennan County.

Q. How do I set up an appointment for an inspection?

A. Please call the main office at 254-662-3777 to set up an appointment.

Q. How do I get a quote to modify an existing system?

A. Call the main office at 254-662-3777 or email info@dickersonfire.com to submit your request. From there, we will assess your specific needs accordingly. It may require a in-person trip to your building.

Q. How do I know if my system is up to code?

A. The best way to know if your system is code compliant is to get it inspected annually by one of our NICET-certified Inspectors.

Q. Does Dickerson Fire perform work outside the state of Texas?

A. No, we do not. We are only licensed in the state of Texas. We have performed work in a variety of different locations throughout the state of Texas from Galveston to Laredo to Amarillo. However, most of our projects are in the Central Texas area.

Q. Will Dickerson Fire quote service work on my system that I don’t need?

A. No, we will only quote what is necessary for your system to be fully functional and compliant. We take pride in providing honest, complete bids.
